Noam Chomsky; Help, please...?

so we are doing a unit over development theories and we have to answer the following questions:

*Was this person known best for research about the social/emotional, intellectual, or physical development of children?

*Briefly explain the person's theory.

*Do you agree with or like this theory, why or why not.

Please help. the Theorist is Noam Chomsky.

I honestly have been looking, so if someone can answer the questions except for the one about liking the theory I will gladly give ten points.

Noam Chomsky is best known for his work on language acquisition in children. Lately, though, he's into politics. His books are boring and a nightmare to read, and since I graduated 25 yrs ago I really can't remember what his stated theories were.
