Question

is that a good agency, i want to go on in interveiw with them, if you are with them please tell me what you do and what they ask at the interveiw and if they ask for any money and if you become actra, if they do free heashots, ect.

 my daughter auditioned for them years ago, as we were looking to possibly switch agents too. she was 12 at the time and quite intimidated by( i believe it was) norbert abrams. though he was very impressed with her look and said she was extremely marketable, he also said she was overacting and would need lessons -- both private and group. normally at this point i would grab my coat and run, but in this case my gut instinct told me this was a man who knew what he was talking about, so i listened to what he had to say. he gave us a list of about 30 different acting coaches-- none of whom he was affiliated with(most were even rated, with critiques and feedback from known actors beside their names.)  in any way and told us to come back after she had some acting lessons under her belt and she felt she was ready and he'd have another look at her, as he was quite interested in adding her to his roster should he have a spot for her at that time, but not he deemed her ready. i was quite impressed with his candidness and honesty and after doing some research as well as what i had previously heard he is one of the best and most respected in the business. my daughter decided she no longer wanted to do acting and we quit the business, but if she ever decided to get back into it this is where i'd start. i hope this was helpful. good luck
