A link to your 360 space and making sure the blog area is public would help us in answering this question.

Assuming you don't have any "mature content" issues, you can try editing the latest blog that you posted or adding a new blog to see if that will re-activate it.

Otherwise, make sure "mature content" is turned off in your blog settings (as long as you actually don't have adult content in those blogs) and individual blog entries. You may have to re-post some blogs.
