Not sure if you live in the uk but i saw some in priceless shoes!

Most athletic stores have neon shoes. You can get different brands too. Nike has a lot of neon shoes. However I don't know if they have the bigger shoes like vans.

go to a skater shoe store.. i did and they had pink, green, yellow, orange, and pretty much every color imaginable. lol.
