this question is in regard to a sound system in a night club. we have no problem with cd players, air tunes, or any number of instruments being run through the sound board. but the cable tv signal has a buzz. the cable is plugged directly into a dvd player, and then rca cables are run from the dvd player to the board. the buzz is audible even if the dvd player is off, even completely unplugged. dvd's, when played, have no such buzz, and are connected to the sound board with the same rca cables.when the dvd player is unplugged, as i said, you can still hear the buzz (when cable input is selected), unless you disconnect the coax. then, no buzz. thus, i've isolated the source of the noise to the coaxial cable.how do i get rid of it?
