My threadmill seems to be making some really harsh noise. Everytime i try to center my walking belt by adjusting the bolts the threadmill will make really loud noises. Strangely enough, the noise reduces everytime i lossen the belt (by turning the bolt to the left. But everytime i tighten it (turning the bolt to the right) The noise comes back. I tryed increaseing the speed on my treadmill and the sound would get louder, it's like the threadmill might get ready to explode or something. is the motor damage or something? can i fix this problem myself ?

  1. Sounds like you motor is having trouble running under the stress of the tight belt.  Time for a new one.....  or find a replacement motor on Ebay....  My opinion is through it out and go for a run in the park.  Treadmill running is just not the same, but if you have to you have to, its better then not running at all..  Good Luck..
