Noisy cd drive

Good morning!I have a MAC G4 iBook that has recently developed a rather noisy cd/dvd drive. Periodically it also gets a little fussy about reading a cd or dvd, making it sound like a rather labor intensive process, and then spitting it out.It's about 3 years old. Thanks!Rachel
