Nokia 2118 language setting

Question

Hi, my partner has meddled with her ph and changed the language to chinese,now we cant change it as all stuff is in chinese and we have no book for it(purchased second hand) I know which button for menu etc but need the nuber of settings to scroll to and select to change it back to english. many thanks for your time.
