Nokia 5310 wont turn on without charger?

so my phone will not turn on. it has been in charge 13 hours and i think the battery should be full but when i try to turn on the phone it wont.

whats the problem? i have contacted nokia and i can send my phone in for a repair since i am still under warranty. so can somebody some tips that i can use before i send it in

Make sure the battery is in the right position and also make sure the sim card is in the right position if the phone has a sim card. Try again to turn it on.
