Nokia 6085 - unable to clear headset icon on...

Question

My Nokia 6085 shows the headset icon on the display. I don't use a bluetooth or headset, nor is the bluetooth setting on. When this appears, neither party can hear, although the speaker works. AT&T wireless is stumped. The Nokia manual does not even show a headset icon in the icon description list. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!!
