Nokia 6235 phone erased all my contacts upon a self-restart (read details please)?

Question

If I check Names/Settings/Memory Status it still shows 31%Free and 69% Used. (Yet upon moving the arrows up/down it shows "No phone numbers"

So I'm guessing my contacts are still there somewhere...

I already did a Factory Reset (*#7780#) and the problem remains.

I don't have a SIM card, so all phones are on the phone, obviously.

Any ideas?

the only thing that I can think of to help you would be to contact your carriers customer service, they may have solution for your problem!!!!!
