Nokia 95 screen has frozen,

Question

nokia 95 screen has frozen, cannot get off the screen, non of key pad buttons will respond, have tried switching off mobile and restarting, upon load up returns to frozen page, have also tried removing battery and sim and reloading did not work went back to frozen page again.
