I have a few videos I want to transfere from my phone to my computer, and when I transfere them, they are saved as .mp4 because my phone saves them in that format.

How to I transfere .mp4 to a file type that my computer is able to play?

When I try to play them as .mp4 it comes up cannot be read, and asks to search for programs to use.

What should I use?

  1. Nokia's PC Suite contains software that can play those files. If you need more advanced tools for converting the video to other formats or for editing the clips you will have to learn about things such as codecs (e.g. .H264), envelopes (e.g. AVI), video conversion tools and video editors (e.g. Ulead Video Studio)

  2. Have you tried downloading the software from Nokia for your particular phone, I had a similar problem with my girlfriends phone until I downloaded their software??
