Nokia N95 8GB. Hi recently got my new n95, tried to sync my media player songs with the n95.

Hi recently got my new n95, tried to sync my media player songs with the n95. Instead of asking me it automatically started to upload all songs in library which are way over 8GB and most songs i did not wnat on the phone so wanted to start a fresh tried to go into my music library and it says opening and just freezes. Tried to restore factory settings but music is stil there. Tried to delete songs on phone but says genereal error Isnt there like a master reset function r something or how can i delete all songs of the phone
