if I live in Boston, Will I be able to view live digital TV broadcasts?

The DVB-H broadcasting is indeed under license but is not something that the network operators will provide (the might but it is not mandatory).

well sort of. dvb-h is a service provided by your carrier, so if you pay for it youll be able to get live tv.
