Nokia n95 problems and going really slow?

I have n95 and the phone is going really slow and it winding me up and was wondering if i counld reset the phones firmware to version 10, I have tried toupdate the phones firmwear but hte phone keeps shutting down could anyone help me please

Try a master reset. That might solve your issue.

My dad has this phone and the reason why it is going slow is because you havent exited applications on your phone
