  1. Yes.  But I do wonder why you would drink non-alcoholic beer in the first place.


  2. most non alcoholic beers still have a small amount of alcohol in them... check the fine print on the lable.

    and in a lot of places you can get in trouble for drinking on your front porch.... this is because the consumption of alcohol can be seen by the public.  its a stupid law, but its still the law.  next time just use a beer coozie.

  5. did they do a Breathalyzer test?

    if so it most have come back positive for alcohol.

    if not, take the empty bottle to court with you to show the judge.  why would they be on your property to begin with unless you  showed signs of drunkenness and some reported you.

  6. you can drink on your own property, it  is not public property, fake beer still has alcohol in it, so you have to be of legal drinking age to drink and purchase it, sounds to me like you left part of the story out and are underage?
