Non Alcoholic GUINNESS?

Question

I like Guinness for its health benifits but i don't drink alcohol so Can I make/turn Guinness(Beer-stout) Non-Alcholic buy boiling it. Or is there any other way.

Yes you could boil out the alcohol much like one cooks with wine.  The draw backs that I can think of are:

1.  You have to cool down the beer to be drinkable.

2.  The Beer might loose some of its qualities, taste and freshness.

3.  You might burn out some or all the nutrients, if there is any.

4. You make the beer even more expensive than taking vitamins.

you will not get half the benefits of the beer without the alcohol...same goes for red wine its the alcohol that helps with the health aspect...and for removing the alcohol sorry thats not possible by my knowledge...my dad has brewed his own beer for years and from his telling me and the obvious truth is that beer becomes alcohol from the process along with the ingredients.....so no amount of boiling will do it....if you want the benefits then have one or two with dinner about twice a week

this is such a funny question  as if you do not drink alcohol  just HOW do you know you like IT  you could use it in cooking  I have a fruit cake recipie that uses guinness

Malta Guinness is brewed under license internationally, and is sold all over the world. This is a non alcoholic version of guiness.

Kaliber is a NA beer brewed under the umbrella of Guinness although I can't say if it's similar or not as I have never personally had it.  You could boil off the alcohol though but you'd definitely greatly alter the flavor of the beer in doing so.  Guinness is only 4.2% ABV though making it a rather weak beer so you could just drink more slowly or perhaps mix it down with something NA.
