im not circumsise and the skin on my p***s has closing fully i cant see my c**k head at all, i didnt have s*x , i was a monk for years(cant go into detail plz) how can i get the skin on my p***s head to open back to normal size , i dont want to go to the doctor plzzz help

circumcision is never needed to solve this

you just need to do some stretching, basically stretch the opening, if you do regularly for a while you will grow new skin and have the flexibility you need to retract the f******n (see the links below) you can also get topical steroid cream from the doctor to help speed it up

with our son we put vasiline and slowly worked it back. as an adult you shuold probley put some kind of lub and get it hard

Don't pay attention to the ones who tell you to get circumcised.   Circumcision is NEVER necessary or desirable, as it damages the p***s and sexual ability.   Circumcision also makes the p***s smaller.

It sounds like you have a phimosis, and usually the more extreme cases necessitate a small incision, sometimes called a dorsal slit, cut into the f******n to facilitate retraction.     Again, circumcision is NEVER necessary, but few doctors offer alternative treatments.

Type in phimosis on your browser and you will see all manner of treatments, and particularly one site CIRP lists non-surgical treatments.

You can try stretching, it's certainly worth a try--gradually, gently try to widen the f******n opening by stretching, done over weeks and months, and in addition there is a steroid cream that can help with this.

You have to practice to open it slowly by yourself,use lubricants to help and to reduce pain.It will take time and don't force yourself too much.Last option go the doctor,no one will judge you and everything is confidential.

You have to stretch it. Try pulling it down as far as you can and hold it there for about a few minuets and do it about twice a day. If that doesn't work then you will need to go to a doctor. You need to be able to pull it back and clean it or it could cause a slight problem.

i have the same problem like u last time . Use soap and try to pull down a bit by abit, you must do it everyday. once you manage to pull down , leave it down for a time being. it will be abit of pain.

Even though you are reluctant to see a doctor, you may have to.

What you describe is called 'phimosis', and may require an adult circumcision.

If it hasn't already happened urination will become difficult, the f******n will fill with urine and slowly dribble out when you pee, and the meatus (head) of your p***s may become infected - which is both smelly and painful.  You then risk urinary tract or even kidney infection.

Go get it checked before that happens.  The doctors have seen it all before, it's fairly common.  Take your question, or my answer, with you and shove the peice of paper at him/her if you are too embarrased to say what your concerns are out loud.

If it is closed fully, I don't know how you're supposed to urinate. Most men whether sexually active or not still retract the f******n to cleanse the p***s and urinate. Yours must have not been retracted for some time. I don't think it would be wise to do any self-surgical procedures. You could get a nasty infection. Maybe you're to embarrassed to see a doctor or maybe you can't afford one, however I think it is in your best interest to make an appointment with a doctor. You could end up with more problems if you don't.
