Non-compete agreement?

I am now engaged in one international business, the client needs me to sign with him a non disclosure and non compete agreement, who can help me to get a standard sample? thanks in advance.

You need a lawyer to do this for you.  If anything goes wrong, you will both regret being cheap and not doing it the right way to begin with.  This is especially important because you are involved internationally.

The Best route to go is with an attorney, Because this agreement must specify the jurisdiction under which laws the terms of the agreements or any breaches will be enforced, and what possible remedies maybe sought in lieu of lawsuits or court proceedings it will also specify the geographic limitations as well time length limitations in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction.

EMPLOYEE NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT
