Non english display cs 5035

Question

COPY STAR CS 5035I got an error 0610.I changed the memory, got the same error 0610.I meant to reset the memory but what happen was the display changed from English to I believe Japanese.I still have error code 0160.How do I return to the English display?How do I verify the correct main pcb part number if needed?THANK YOU
