Non geographical numbers?

How do i find non geographical numbers. I know they are probably registered from a BT line initially, so how do i get the proper numbers. Thanks

Type the number in and you should get all the company info, address and geographical phone number. Sign the Downing Street petition on the site calling on Gordon Brown to ban these awful 0870/0871/0845 numbers, which are not included in any phone companies inclusive minutes.

Beware, many companies using premium rate numbers make money from your call. They don't want you to call the geographical number and tend to ignore it.
