  1. Their is a new pill called Adios that you can get from a chemist also Slimfast is good if you want to loose the weight slowely and they do lovely milk shakes

  2. I am currently using a weight loss capsule that works 100% of the time. It helps you eat less and not feel hungry basically. It is completely drug and stimulant free and has no side effects. In clinical trials it was found to be more effective than Phentermine! You can go to  http://www.PortionController.com  to request a free sample

  3. biosynergy body perfect. amazing

  4. you're very desperate to think about high powered speed pill or ones with unknown chemicals.  Sadly nothing works at present, at least not safely - chemical companies are producing an muscle enhancing drug that fools the muscles into an exercised state (several years away, currently).

guess the pink patch might work, costs a fortune and is based on hunger suppression.

we're all stuck with exercise and fitness (so painful - it can take up to 6 -9 months just to get a flat belly).

most diets don't work for long and feels like a death sentence.

  5. For everyone diet pills works different. I am using Proactol and can say they are the best for me. I have tried before hodiaa, xenadrines... but with no result. I have loss 3kg in under a month which is very good ;). I suggest you if you gonna try any diet pills have a look at their original website and find out if they will afect you in other ways... Also have a look Proactol original website to find out more: HTTP://PR0ACTOL.COM

  6. HI Mark,

Firstly i understand your frustration and congratualtions on deciding to change onto a healthier lifestyle.

I can firstly say that all the non-prescription pills such as Adios and other are water-retention pills they make you lose weight but it's not fat, it's only water and therefore you can gain it back as soon as you lose it, these tablets are more feeling good pills, as they make you feel good each time you step on those scales when all you are shifting is water which will shift itself.

Therefore the best way to lose weight is slowly, you should be aiming to lose 2 stone in 6 months, if you do this, you will keep the weight off. Rapidly losing weight does not destroy the fat cells, it only reduces them, as they will regain there size eventually, regarless. so what you need to be doing is losing it slowly, this actually reduces then destroys the fat cells allowing you to keep the weight off premanetly.

I can however give you some tips on losing weight,

    1) make sure you have breakfast (this will kick start the metabolic rate in the body allowing the correct and effective digestion of food)

    2) Snack but time your snacking with something healthy (snack at say 10.30am and then again at 4pm this constantly allows your digestive system to not enter that "I'm starving" mode)

    3) eat a stick or two of celery 30 mins before bed (this allows the digestive system to be fooled into believing it is working, also this can stop night-time snacking, also celery is a natural sedative which promotes sleep)

    4) make sure you set time patterns (when you'll eat, when you'll sleep etc)

    5) plenty of excercise, (if you don't feel like excercising then at least try 5 mins, this will release chemicals and hormones which will help you carry on so 5 mins will be 30 mins etc)

    6) try slimfast and weightwatcher meals, (also try there plans and regiems)

7)try to excercise and diet with a friend or family member (this will encourage and create a support system for you)

So i hope this helps, and remember alls those miracle wonders and tablets they really don't work, sadly the only thing that does is hard work and being strict on yourselves, i do know there are certain prescription tablets you can get, put its a dangerous game to get into, my mother had a terrible tme with them, and there extremely addictive. these should only be used as a last resort.

Hope this helps and Good Luck!!!

    x

  7. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
