oh im supposed to describe my issues down here, ive tried a clean boot it got worse, my cyberdvd keeps poping up at start up, i cant use mt outlook mail program says error detail http and smtp arent config right this and all of the above especially the non responsive pro gram error on almost everything, some of my addresses in my address bar are green why? i allowed someone else to use my computer and since then its been terrible nothing works, i feel ive been highjacked! can you help
