Non smoking sections at any cup tracks ?

As we near another weekend at Michigan, I am reminded of the time my son was burnt in the back by a drunk fan and his cigarette at the Michigan track. My son has refused to go to another track since then. I can't find any information on the web about any tracks with non smoking sections, can anyone help?

Why does Nascar or the track owners still allow fans to smoke in the stands when there is no other outside venue in any other type of sports that allow you to do this ? there is all kinds of room on the back side of the stands. They call it " family friendly" but there is nothing worse than sitting that close to so many people for so many hours while your kids suck in all that second hand smoke

There are several tracks that don't allow smoking in the stands - Bristol, Kansas City, and Michigan (yes they now ban it), California and I'm sure there are others.  As states and counties ban smoking at all sporting events (that's what happened at Bristol) more will have to comply.
