Non support of a child in Indiana?

My ex-husband and I have a child support order that was set up in porter co. IN. We have been to court many times (probably close to 10 times in the last 3 to 4 years) over his non-payment of child support , and every time the court just gives him a slap on the wrist. By my estimates he is behind by 13k-15k. I know that at 15k it becomes a class C felony when being prosecuted, but what do you have to do to get it prosecuted? I don't know how much more money I have to spend on a lawyer while he gets away with not helping support his child. What else should I do?

  2. Contact your attorney general's office.  They'll be able to steer you in the right direction if you want to have him prosecuted.
