None of our original Wii remotes will connect to the Wii!!

if you look at the wii console

theres a little small door thing at the center

open it and press the red button, and at the same time (when the wii console is on) you press the power button on the wii remotes

it should work

and the four little blue buttons on the bottom, one of them should light up

check the batteries.....we go through a ton of them because we play so much and find that we cant get a connection with low battery power

The Wii sometimes glitches out and refuses to synch with any Wii Remotes. You can fix this by unplugging the Wii from the wall outlet.
