  1. Yep, by Golly, Nonveg food is h**l-thier and it will get you there faster too. What with all those delicous anti-biotics you can get yourself a whoppin' case if Candida! With all those scrumptious growth hormones and steroids you can definitely bulk up and qualify for obesity in no time at all, and shucks those pest--icides will just be right at home now wont they? Or what?


  2. Meat is very concentrated food.  Most people eat way more than is healthy.

  3. By Nature, our teeth and stomach are designed only for Plants n Fruits. Meaning, that which are easily digestible. We don't have teeth that of carnivorous to tear meat.

    Since we Indians have become experts for many decades in cooking Non-vege, it has become tasty to eat and digest for many bcos of the various seasoning used in cooking meat and seafood. Moderation is the right word for consuming Non-vege. Any excess with no balance in other food like fruits, salads, vegetables, it can cause stomach upset in no time. Body too can put on weight if no exercise or calories burnt. Meat n Seafood are acidic foods.

    Ultimately, if one's stomach has become used to non-vege eating, one has to prepared to do once a month cleansing to clear any bile or unwanted waste not cleared which isn't a must for vegetarian people. That is thorough bowel clearing to prevent accumulation of toxins in the body due to non-vege eating.

  5. If you load up on tons of dairy or meat, it is not healthy at all. There is too much saturated fat and cholesterol.

    Also, if it is not organic, then it will be loaded with antibiotics and hormones and who knows what other nasty disease from the animal being kept in squalid conditions.

    If you insist on eating meat and dairy, then try out the Mediterranean Diet. You can eat non-veg foods, but they don't act as the main portion in the meal. You would eat a lot of healthy sides to go with it.

    Most people in this country are obsessed with eating so much meat and dairy which is detrimental to the planet and your health.

  6. Non-veg can  be unhealthier if continiously have it such as meat , chicken which  contains fat. This obesity leads to Depression, cancer, asthma, etc and many more diseases. To avoid obesity we can eat nonveg food once or twice a week. I can say tht vegetarian food is much nutritious and healthier than the nonveg food. I too luv nonveg but to maintain our body tone, vegetarian food is important....

  7. It depends on your eating.If you are eating fish it is healthier.in all it healthier to eat nonveg.

  8. its ok once or twice a week if u r have it for your meal. 1 or 2 eggs in a day are good for health. But u should avoid too much chicken or meat.
