Does anyone know the nutritional information on the whole grain tuscan dish ordered WITHOUT cream or the cheese?

  1. Well, it is 600 WITH the sauce

    And ONE CUP of alfredo sauce has 250

    so i'd say around 450, depending on how much sauce is in the original.  (i doubt that it is an entire cup!) but tell me if i'm wrong!
