Noone is having a problem but one member. Time is ok when sent to personal mail, not ok when sent to group?

Member shows correct time in header when sending msg to my personal mail but not to group; 04:14 +0000 vs. 9:14pm Member doesn't have a problem with her settings, nor does the group. Just when she sends msgs to the group. WHY

hard to say really if it only happens when this one member posts- does all the group members see this on the group too?

the group has time zone settings that the owner can set, as well as members can set to their own time zone with in My Account of Yahoo. I'd check those places that could effect this.
