Norco bikes?

hey what size of wheels should my bike have if im 5 feet 1inch tall? im looking for a norco bike that is good with stunts..but is still good for just riding around. probably under $800 is good. could you try to also give me a link to the type of bike i should buy off the site?

Here's a stunt bike, you could still use it to ride around.
