Norcold R.V. Frig / freezer not cooling

Question

My Norcold refrigerator and freezer are not getting cool or cold. The unit heats up when turned to electricity. The vent pipe gets very warm when the unit is turned on. In addition, I have set the thermostat at it lowest setting and it doesn't even get cool.
