Norfolk, VA residents?

Question

Can anyone that does or has lived in Norfolk tell me if they have heard of Cavalier communications as a telephone/DSL provider? We are movng there and trying to figure which communication company to go with.

yeah we have cavalier, but u have to already have internet to have cavalier.  everyone here uses Cox communications.  theyve got the best package for phone, internet, and cable service.
