Normal sleep schedule?

Since it's summer my brother and me are staying up until like 4 in the morning. I'm tired of going to sleep at 4am and waking up and 2pm. Please help me! Thank you! =)

  1.   Hi Al Alon Ladie  Yea Its 5 am EDT Im like that since weather got hot & rainy here ( MA). The trick is  sleep regular time > 4 hrs per nite. The day is hard 4 bod 2 sleep.  Do normal sleep routine @ same time, 8 pm so if U need 2 do some things give enuf time 2 do it & b rested 4 day.


  2.   i stay up till 5:00am all the time till my mum goes to work then i go to sleep and wake up at 2:00 also. i think the good time to go to sleep when its like 12:00am. when its school time, it should be 9:00pm. i go to sleep at 5:00am b/c i dont want to waste my summer away, lol. but sleeping till two waste it also.

That is not a good sleep schedule at all.  My daughter is doing the same thing.  Start getting yourself on a regular schedule for when school starts.  Stay up one whole day without taking a nap and then start going to sleep at a normal time.  You should be going to be by 10 or 11 and then getting up between 7:30-8:00.  I can be a little more flexible with my daughter because she is home schooled but I still want to get her on a normal schedule.

  4. i was doing the samee thing.

    until i did this.

    i stayed up late, then at like 4 i went to bed and got up early the next day.

    i stayed up all day that day and didnt take a nap or anything, then at night around 9 i was tired, and i was able to wake up at around 10.

    i know its not the best way, but it workedd:)
