Norstar Telephone System?

Question

I have a Norstar 7324 Telephone system. I am trying to change the voicemail, but have been unable to do so. Any ideas? I seem to have some of the wrong passwords also.

There are two kinds of voice mail

1.voicemail on the line

2.voicemail on the system

you have to call in your provider and ask the star code or access code to get in to your voice mail and change it.
