North American and European cigarettes different taste but same brand?

Anybody else notice this, I smoke Marlboro Reds and can notice a distinct difference in taste

yip they do

I am Scottish but live in Oregon and smoke Marlboro Reds as well.The American cigs also burn a lot quicker which makes me think there is more potash in the American blend.

Yes there is a big difference between the flavors of cigarettes in the same brand, depending on which country they are made and sold in.
