North Bay Ontario?

Question

Is North bay Ontario a nice place to live? I have never been, but I am going there for college and want to know what it's going to be like. I know it's kind of a small town, and I am from Toronto which is pretty big. What's it like up there?

North Bay has it's ups and downs, like every other city. It's small compared to cities like Toronto, and the amount of "hustle and bustle" is lower. I have also heard of many drug problems in the city, but, which city doesn't have those.

I dont usually frequent there, but my cottage is 45 minutes away, so i see the city from time to time.
