North Carolina Jobs for High School grad.?

my son needs to work, theres no work in Michigan, I was thinking of sending him to Raleigh, What would be a good place for him to start looking there? Does NC have a state employment agency? Thanks

  1. Unless he wants to wait tables, work at WalMart, or work in fast food, there are very very very few jobs in this area that don't require a college degree.  This region's job base is mostly oriented in high tech and biological.
