North Korea's Nuclear???

Question

What does North Korea agreeing to abandon it's main nuclear facility mean for us? What are your thoughts on this?

This means they will remain a dictatorship where 10,000 of people starve to death every few years.  As long as the "dear leader" is in charge they are a threat to freedom and democracy.  Mainly he is a threat to his own people.  This is most likely just a prolonged negotiation allowing them to sweeten the deal to disarm.
