depends what kind they are. some sell for a couple thousand dollars.

Only morphs. Alot of places will sell normals from 30-60. Yes you can find them cheaper online for only like 15 dollars but then you have to pay the 35+ shipping for overnight. I would not recommend buying one from petco/petsmart because all there reptiles are overpriced. They were selling ball pythons for 70 and red tailed boas for 250. I went to the place i usually go and got a boa for 99 and the ball pythons were 30

Morphs, yes.

Depends....if they are normal leos then NO but is they are hypo colored/hybrids then yes it is...they can sell for a few hundred $$$ easily
