North Strathfield directions?

I'm planning to go with my friend to AMF Bowling at North Strathfield this weekend to have a few games but had never caught the train there before (we're from the Canterbury/Bankstown area).

Is the centre close to North Strathfield station? How should we walk there and how long would it take?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well according to the map, as soon as you get off at North Strathfield station, you should be able to see the McDonald College right there and then outside of the station (it is located on Pomeroy and George Street). Then from George Street there, walk down until you see number 3-5 which is AMF North Strathfield.

According to whereis.com, it says it's 0.7km (700m) down from the station which is just a few minutes' walk.
