North Memorial has clinics in Coon Rapids and Fridley. I am looking for these web sites

For Fridley, I found one that has a Brooklyn Center address.  Could that be the one you are looking for? It is a North Memorial-Health Partners clinic:

I also couldn't find one in Coon Rapids, but there are two in Brooklyn Park (one of which is for pediatrics).  Brooklyn Park is pretty close to Coon Rapids, of course.  There is also another clinic in Maple Grove.  Maybe one of those is what you have in mind.
