Northern Lights...Aurora Borealis...?

Question

Anyone ever seen it?

It thrills me SO much.

I wish i could have my ipod playing "Drops of Jupiter" playing while i take pics.1

but sadly i've never gotten the chance to see them. yet!

Everyone should see them at least once they are beatiful. Pictures do them no justice the way they move is just breath taking

I waited 29 years to first see them.  It was halloween and the reddish ribbons danced ever so slowly across the sky.   I drove to a high point away from all light pollution and watched for hours.  The same energy causing this beautiful display also prevented my cell phone from transmitting which left me and my camera to record this beautiful sight.  The sounds of animals I could not see made the experience one seldom know in our modern society.
