Northern NJ party venue?

Question

I want to have my 21st birthday party in either sussex or morris county at a nice club or bar. I need a place that is classy that can have people under 21 attend the party. I dont want a dinner to be served Im just going to have little h'orderves. Im on a budget though so the place cant also be too expensive. Thanks anyone who can help!
