Northern foods shares how to proceed?

I currently hold Northern Food shares and just want to know why the company wants to buy shares from their shareholders? and what are the effects on the shareholders? Any advice on what I can do? (sorry not very knowledgeable on stock market).

dis is a kinda preventive masure from d company so that shreholders(d public) wont suffer bcoz dey might hav predicted a temporary fluctuations in points for d near future. If it happens they dont want to lose on customer trust n handle more of these situations on their own wid maintainin a good repo so that values can go up further after smtym.if u dont hav a huge amt of money put into that u can wait for d time being n wait for d time being
