Norths Carousel is in a very good position to claim the Owners´ Bonus Series - Heat 2 at Romford in England on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. He has been making his team proud in different classes over the past few months and will be hopeful of a strong run in the Grade A4 contest, which is scheduled to kick off at 20:53 GMT.
Although, the young greyhound made his debut during this year, yet he has raced in quite a few events and is fully aware of how to tackle pressure. His performances have been consistently good, which is a very good sign for his team.
Despite that, he has not been rated as the favourite to succeed in today’s race, which is a bit surprising. He is in good rhythm right now and it will be difficult for his opponents to prevent him from taking the top spot.
The M. Wiley’s trained greyhound has got both the speed and stamina to outperform his rivals in the 400 metres encounter. A victory will help him bag a cash prize of £112 at the end of the day.
The blue dog gave a spirited performance in his most recent outing in this class. He was given pretty decent odds and was expected to fight for the top-three positions. He did not disappoint his fans and ended up in third place by just a short head distance.
He had entered the contest from trap number six back then and will be in the same position today. This will give him a solid chance of attacking from the start until the end. He struggled to some extent, as he ran a bit wide in the beginning.
However, Droopys Scolari’s son will look to avoid making mistakes this time around in order to make his team proud.
Things will not be easy for him, as Romeo Golden Boy will be right beside him in trap number five. He has been given the highest odds for victory and will definitely be a force to reckon with in the race.
The P. Young’s trained hound is carrying the winning momentum right now, as he finished first last time around. However, it was a Grade A5 contest and he will have to do a lot better in order to shine at this level.
