Norton 360 and Microsoft Office Problem?

i just got a new laptop and i installed norton 360 and its says that to activate it i have to use the internet and i don't have wireless internet so could i just connect it to my modem or do i have to talk to my internet provider also i have installed microsoft office and on the other profiles i can't use it do i have to install it again or is there a way of opening it

  1. i'm sure you don't need to be wireless.but maybe you need to have broadband rather than a dial-up modem. but i may be wrong about that. also you will need a product key which should be on the package the disc came in.So try it first with dial up before you contact ISP. Good luck!


  2. Wow, are you trying to break the record for the longest sentence? If you don't have the internet then how did you get on here to post this question? And as for Norton 360, I wouldn't even bother installing it because it's rubbish! There are much better free antivirus programs available on the internet, e.g. AVG Free Edition version 8.0, Avast AntiVir and Avira. And as far as Microsoft Office goes, you need to have a licence key to install it. Without the key it simply will not work.
