Norton Internet security?

How do i (I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH) SAFELY remove it to install my own internet security?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking.

You have tried going to the Add/Remove Programs menu,I presume.

You should give more info,like what OS you're using,and what exactly you mean by "Safe removal"

Doesn't Symantic require a subscription for Customer Care?...or else you have to pay.

I'm assuming that you want to remove Symantic because the subscription expired.

Norton is a problem it's self so many people have got their computers messed up beyond belief by useing it.

Use Nortons own uninstall feature because if you try the add remove method from your control panel you got big time problems.

Go with AVG and you wont have a problem

GO TO YOUR CONTROL PANEL AND CLICK ON ADD AND REMOVE AND THEN FIND IT IN THE LINE UP AND CLICK ON IT AND CLICK REMOVE AND IT WILL , BUT DOWNLOAD OR BUY A VIRUS PROGRAM ,DO NOT RUN WITHOUT ONE ,,,, YOU CAN DOWN LOAD A FREE ON ON CNET ,COM  ITS CALLED AVG FREE 8.0 I USE IT AND IT WILL PROTECT YOU FROM VIRUS .AND ITS FREE

reinstall the os. you'll get rid of so much bloatware, you may not recognize it.
