Norton Keeps e-mailing itself?

Here's the situation guys, I was doing some research on the Internet (for school) when I accidently click on the wrong website and my browser frozed. Norton detected four (4) Trojans.

After login off, and login back on to my homepage, Nortor's Symantec software began to e-mail itself. I tried to stop it, but it continues to e-mail itself and shut down, my mordem.

My question is, why is Symantec keeps on e-mailing itself and what to do about.

Please, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP.

PS: I'm currently scanning my computer for any viruses or malware.

get antivir free anti virus, it has one of the highest detections on the market and its also free

There is a special program you can down load.

It is called "UNINSTALL NORTON".

It will remove all traces of Symantic products.

Then you install AVG Free, and go to Google and install Spyware Doctor.

Then your problem will go away and you also save a lot of money.

There is no reason at all to spend good hard earned money on Anti Virus and Anti Spyware programs when the best ones are free.

I think you have a mass mailing worm on your PC.

do a free online scan:

this may help - if you get a trojan like Backdoor.Plux Trojan then you could well get a worm, the trojan open the door for the worm or a hacker.

nothing rong with Norton your PCis curenntly detected with virus the only thing you must to clean your pc that means format your harddrive and install the new OP even you want unistall the norton the problem become more you will find in your way a lot of junks that you cann't work with your pc wish I could help you out from here try to figure out the problem it is so easy it takes you a couple of hour just format make new op you have a clean one
