  1. The best prices that I have found overall are from  www.cruisequick.com.

HOWEVER they do not hold your hand. What I mean is that you need to know what cruise you want, what ship, date and category. You cannot call them, they do not answer a phone.

They are internet based only, completely legitimate, and offer a bonus or discount that most other agents don't offer.

They work on a flat fee profit and are completely automated.

    They do answer emails promptly.

Their site explains how they work. I have used them for years, without any problems.  They offer free price quotes via email that include all port fees, taxes etc.

    Happy Cruising !

  2. You can read a professional review on this ship at ...

    http://www.cruisecritic.com/reviews/revi...

You can read the reviews of several passengers at ...

    http://www.cruisecritic.com/memberreview...

Here is another passenger review ...

  3. You can see for yourself at:

    http://www.ncl.com/nclweb/fleet/shipInfo...

This is one of NCL's newer ships, I've not been on this one but have been on comparable NCL cruise ships.

They think of everything and freestyle (not formal) cruising is great.

  4. Try cruisecritic.com as they have reviews of everyone's experience who submits and it can tell you what people think of the cruise line and the ship itself and then you can read whats on the message boards...

  5. I never went on the Pearl, I went on the Star, which is a little older than the Pearl, but they were both designed in the same class of ship (Star Class).  The Pearl is nicer because it's newer, and it has a first-ever bowling alley at sea.  It also has a rock climbing wall (a first for NCL ships).  Other than that, the Pearl and Star are virtually the same and I had a fantastic time on my cruise.  And the Pearl is even better!
